Need help regarding archiving

Hi folks,

I have some clients that return about twice a year (annual event branding etc). When we finish the project I archive the project as complete. However, I just re-initiated the same client (using same emails) for this years event and because of that, when I click my “project” tab. They still appear archived so I have to go and dig them out. How are others working with this? I don’t know how else to rid of projects no longer on my plate but also have them appear in my project list one I re-engage with them. Grateful for any advice.

You can either create a new project for them or unarchive them and work like normal.

Thank you, @Diana - The Finer Points  I did create a new project and it got sucked into the archive section where I had to weed through 50 clients to un-archive them. I went to my templates, edited an existing one, then shared it with said client and it went straight to archive. I was just hoping there was a way to start a new project and not have to do that as my client list continues to grow. So for the re-occurring clients I will have to keep weeding through the archives to find them?

Yes, I create a new project under the same client by first going to the client under contacts, then starting a new project.

@Nye' Lyn Tho use the search bar to find your clients - even if they’re archived. Way easier than weeding through the archive. You can also send files to your clients FROM the project itself instead of going to the templates page. Reduces the possibility of sending files to the wrong project as your client list continues to grow.
