Has anyone experienced switching over to the new automations but the old automations run as well? 
I’m starting to get very frustrated. I was told it was fixed on my account and my client’s accounts, but it’s still happening…

It sounds like you already spoke to support and they let you know that only your new automations should be running now but you’re still seeing both. Hmm let me flag to the team and get some more eyes on that.
