New Automations/Trigger Question

Hello Community, 

I’m using the new automations and one question I have is, when I send out a questionnaire, I’d love for that to move to a certain pipeline stage. I don’t see where I can create an automation with the starting “trigger” as me sending a questionnaire, only if they send one to us. Any ideas on how I could get it to work where I send something? I’d love to build an automation from there and move it within the pipeline but can’t think of how I could do that. Any ideas are appreciated!

Because you have to manually approve and confirm the wedding date, I would have the questionnaire to be triggered after they inquire and REQUIRE APPROVAL BEFORE SENDING. Then build the rest of your yes/no from there. 

If you confirm, you’ll just “approve” the whole sequence and if you don’t, then you archive.

Hi Diana, 

Once we confirm with a bride that the date she wants for her wedding is available with us, we send her our application. Right now I have to manually move “sent app” in the Pipeline. I want to be able to create an automation to move it and then build a workflow within that automation on whether or not they send it back (because they don’t always send it back) and create from there off of the “yes” or “no”.
