Why was the notes section removed from the portal on the business side? I used that all the time when on meetings and calls and how to access the notes now is very backwards and difficult to access. Makes no sense.

We’re rolling out a bunch of new notes functionalities, so from what I understand, this design might help with usability. However, if that side access was important to you, I’d submit your feedback in the Feature Requests board. Our product team monitors it all the time, so it’s a great way to let them know how you use this functionality.

I now have a separate tab for Notes only, and it's pretty awesome!!!
