So - I know we’ve always been told that clients cannot see when we open their messages. But this popped up today, and I’ve never see it before (I’m Shannon Ranger, FYI, not the client lol).
If I see this newness on my end, are they seeing it on their end? Only asking because this looks new.

I reached out to the help team about this. They said clients CAN see when we’ve read their messages, and we cannot disable it. This is a HUGE problem for creatives who work weird hours but want to keep boundaries with clients.
