With this insane price increase and HB not caring about their base; What other CRM’s have you used or checked out that you like?

I will say once you start doing the research to other CRMs, You’ll find that their new pricing is in line with what other CRMs are charging…. but nowhere near the same features. Can you find less for less elsewhere? Yes. If you want a feature-rich experience that is innovative, then welcome home.

I just went to 6 different CRMs and took screenshots of their pricing and features to compare and write a blog on.

HoneyBook’s price increase is a joke. I get that they want to be competitive with other CRM’s but they don’t even have half of the amount of features these other CRM’s offer. If you look at all of the features that members have been requesting, it’s been YEARS since HoneyBook has even acknowledged it. Some of those features Gallery uploads (without using pic-time, which is ANOTHER subscription fee), printing lab fulfillment right within the CRM, simple things like dark mode, etc. I keep seeing this new CloudSpot CRM popping up. They offer a FREE tier plan that includes 10GB, then $12 a month and so forth. I think I’m going to check it out and compare.

Honeybook is a CRM meaning any business could use it. They aren't just photography and service for photography. Galleries, print vendors all in one. They stay in there lane.

Pic-time is a great service they do what they do best. Honeybook the same.

They are now offering features others are. honeybook isn't just for photographers. Bookkeepers, salons, marketers, etc... uses it.

Dubsado is the best option. Pixieset is a bit limiting but nice pricing.

Hi @Ashley Rufino! Could you post the link to the blog here once it is finished? I’m curious to cross compare options moving forward.

So you’re made Honeybook isn't pigeonholing themselves into a specific niche? There are such an incredible array of small businesses that run on HB.  There does not seem to be anything that they could offer that would make you happy because you’re not on the right platform for the things that are a priority to you.  I’m also curious as to what other features that are elsewhere that are important to you? I’ve seen a few people make that statement but never articulate.  I’ve looked through so many platforms the last few days and have a spreadsheet going and I’d hate to miss something.

I actually have a framework that’s designed to help you choose whether or not to switch, and then which tool will be best for you. It includes a couple worksheets (Google sheet) for you to work through your comparisons. I’m finishing the sheet that includes actual comparisons of some of the tools I’ve seen mentioned most. You’re welcome to check it out if you'd like.
