Hi!

I have a client who is unable to make a payment, she said it keeps saying, “something went wrong” any advice? Thank you

I had them try again and it worked. :)

Ok..I mentioned to them to try again! And I had a client do a test for me as well and it worked so I think I need to have her try again !! Thank you~
