Does anyone else see this message when attempting to integrate Pic-Time (after clicking “Approve”)?:

“Sorry, something went wrong

Please try again”

Our support team is the best resource when you’re in a pinch like this! They’re available 7 days a week via the ? in the bottom right corner of your HoneyBook account or you can email them at concierge@honeybook.com 

But let me know if you’re still having issues.

We just launched some enhancements to our integration with Pic-Time so it could be a good time to try again.

Hi Mac! Thank you for your response.

I have spoken with support a number of times and unfortunately the issue is still occurring.

Even after trying again just now, I have not been able to successfully integrate my Pic-Time account with HoneyBook.

I have yet to reach out to Pic-Time’s support team, but will do so soon as it could potentially be an issue with the Pic-Time platform on their side.

Hoping to get this resolved soon as this feature would be very useful for me.

Ah, bummer! Okay, yeah, it sounds like that might be the case here...

Hopefully Pic-Time is able to resolve things for you soon! It looks like they have a similar live chat feature in your Pic-Time account or you can email them at support@pic-time.com 
Will you come back to this thread when you resolve it to let us know how they helped troubleshoot with you to fix it? I’m curious.

I am currently in contact with Pic-Time’s support team. They haven’t been able to resolve the issue yet, but I will post an update in this thread when they do!
