I am having so many issues and I am hoping you can help me navigate some of this, they are as follows:

  • Clients aren't getting my communications, they must be getting stuck in their security settings.  Has anyone else had this issue?  Any work arounds you have found?
  • My calendar cannot connect to other scheduling platforms because HoneyBook has a separate calendar in Outlook.  I am looking referral business because of this issue and HoneyBook doesn’t seem to know how the calendars even work.  Any work arounds for that?
  • I have my scheduler set up to not allow anything for 30 minutes before and after my meetings, this is NOT happening. They are scheduling them back to back and HoneyBook does not seem to want to help with that.  I have had a ticket in for weeks with no resolution.
  • I have someone schedule a face to face but based on their location, they may be at a different location so I need to update the location once I know where they live.  How are you doing this?  Creating a separate event on your calendar?  This seems like it defeats the purpose. 

I think these are my biggest issues for now, I am hoping someone can help me!!

I’m so sorry for this experience. I know you and the Support team have been in communication and there are currently some open tickets for your calendar issues and the team is currently investigating. 

I’ll have the support team follow up with you about the scheduler not considering the buffer in your scheduler!

You can update the location of a meeting by simply clicking on the meeting and selecting Edit.
