Please unlock the banner on the Project View when scrolling - Desktop version

I’m not sure if this recently changed but when viewing a Project on the desktop version of the app, the banner is locked in place so when you’re scrolling down trying to read through all the activity on the project or responding to an email, the banner is locked in place and taking up a massive amount of space on the screen giving you a very small space to view the email you are typing or the activity you are viewing on the project. Please unlock the banner so it isn’t locked in place when scrolling down in a Project.
