Printing Published Documents with Long Response Fields

I created my own questionnaire for clients to fill out prior to our meetings and it really helps speed things along, as well as keeping me organized with their answers across various clients and multiple meetings per client. However, when I go to save the document as a PDF or even try to print the published file, my client’s long response fields always get cut short and I can’t read the full answer unless I print just the responses page.

 

I spent so much time making the file look great and easy to read, only for half of my formatting to disappear when I save/print the finished document. I know if I’m having this issue, the client is seeing the same problem when they go to save/print the finished file, too. Am I missing something? Is there a way to print the published document so it keeps the full formatting and allows me to see the full response?
