Why does this image end up dull and blurry when I upload it to Honeybook?  I’ve attached the original that I uploaded and then a screenshot of what is displayed in Honeybook (client info blocked out).

Hi Shannon! Here’s a link to an article from our help center that provides the specs for default header images. It could be that the graphic you’re uploading is larger than the recommended size and is being compressed upon upload, resulting in the lower resolution you’re seeing. You can try resizing the image to fit more closely with the 750x300 guideline.

Let us know if that helps!

Esha- I used that article when creating my graphic- it is 750 x 300 and still coming out blurry when I upload.  As shown, the downloaded file is not blurry.

This is happening for me as well. I am using the recommended guidelines of 750 x 300 px and saving as a high quality jpeg. When I upload the image to Honeybook, it has me crop the image because the aspect ratio is different. And the resulting cover image is blurry and looks like crap. Can someone please look into this?

Please offer different sizes (heights) for these! it’s so much space wasted!

@Shannon McDonald Is this exported as a jpeg from Photoshop?
