Questionnaire Fields - NOT WORKING (in test mode)

Hello everyone, I recently customized a pre-made template for a customer feedback form. After completing the edits, I sent myself a test email to simulate the customer experience. However, I encountered an issue where the long-form text questions wouldn't allow me to type within the field. Has anyone else experienced a similar problem, and what solutions or suggestions do you have to address this issue? Thank you in advance for your insights!"

Yes, I also have had this issue. I do a get to know you couple survey. I fill in my answers and they should be able to start typing in my boxes to fill in their answers. Couples can’t do it. I’d be happy to test yours if you want me to send you mine, we can see if it’s the same thing happening.

Sure I can send my link. I was testing my form in “test mode” and it didn't work, but then i created a fake project and sent it to another one of my emails and saw that the fields actually did work. I guess sometimes the “test mode” doesn’t give you a full preview from clients perspective, even though it should.

I love your template by the way, I definitely plan to develop our branding more this year. weve been all over the place but this year have to really focus on the workflow process, make it easy for my clients to get from point A to B. I love your headers, I’ll have to incorporate them boldly like you did with yours. getting ready to try it now:)

i struggle so much because my focus is too broad, we help small businesses, entrepreneurs, start ups, churches, and individuals with their creative processes (i have to build out and brand each of these different aspects in the business). but being in the creative industry is not always cut and paste, there are a lot of moving parts LOL

What I notice when I go through my process, my services on the invoice are backwards, its so weird

Thank you Jalesa! I’m not sure why and where my clients get thrown off. They say they can’t. Maybe I need to go back into the template and explain a littler clearer?

 

Thank you so much for your compliments. This took many many years and blood, sweat and tears to figure out what works best for my clients.

 

I have a service template that explains what you are saying. So I have packages inside my “templates” so when I go into my brochure, it auto generates it when you begin to type or select the package option.

 

I have control on how those services show up. if you want me to send you one I can I. would just need an email

Hi @postmark.oh I want to see a good example of a services brochure. I'm looking to create a service brochure that provides users with a selection of broad service offerings, such as Branding & Creative Services, Photography, and Website Design. Once a user selects one of these broad categories, I'd like the brochure to direct them to more specialized service listings within that particular category. For example, if a user chooses Branding & Creative Services, they would then see options like Logo Design, Brand Strategy Session, Launch Graphics, Pitch Deck, etc., under that category. Trying to figure out the best way to set this up within the HoneyBook template builder. I think you sent it to me before, but maybe you have one that is a direct representation of what Ive described above. Thanks again fellow creative:)
