Recurring meetings

Hi! 👋 I schedule my recurring meetings on my Google calendar and have my Google calendar linked to my HB calendar to avoid double bookings. Hope that helps!

Thanks @Geily Romero ! So, do you invite you client thru google calendar? I’m most concerned about them seeing it on their calendar and getting appointment reminders.

You’re welcome! ☺️ Yes, I create the event in my Google calendar, invite them to it, this way they’ll see it on their calendar, and make it recurring, so once they accept it once, it’s on there forever. The only thing is they don’t get a reminder, it’s just on their calendar. For my recurring meetings, I make it the same day every month so the client knows, so like every 10th of the month or every second Tuesday of the month. I really haven’t had any issues with no shows or clients complaining they don’t get a reminder. 🙂

I believe there is a feature request for recurring meetings!! Here it is if you want to upvote it: 

 There are also a lot of other similar feature requests that I’m sure the HB team is working hard to filter through and consolidate! :) 

I would LOVE if this was an option for my ongoing clients.  I can use google calendar, but I like that the Honeybook scheduler can be programmed to leave travel time before and after certain types of appointments.  With Google, I have to enter that in as separate appointments for each client.  Otherwise, people can schedule with me while I’m still traveling from another appointment.  I hope they add reoccuring appointments as a feature!

I would really like to see this as a feature of honeybook through the scheduling tool. I prefer the color coding and separation that my HB appointments have. Please add this in your next update!
