Hi All, 

 

I noticed this the other day as I was on the “client” side of HoneyBook for another vendor. The vendor would send me messages, but in my personal email, it would not show it as a thread, just as one message, and I would have to go to the actual project to reference the thread of communication. 

 

I’ve had issues where I’d reference things in emails and then it seems as if the client “forgets”. I’m guessing it is because they don’t have easy access to the entire conversation without going to the portal. 

 

It was extremely frustrating for me, as a client, so now I’m worried about it for my own clients. Is there a way around this somewhere, or a setting I need to change so they are able to pull up the entire conversation thread? 

 

If not, I’d love to suggest this as a future update. IT would be SO beneficial for client relationships, as this really upset/shocked me when I experienced it!
