refund to new debit card

I Need to refund my client but they had to cancel the card they paid with. Can I update their card and refund to the new one? How do I refund them without it going to the old card?

I’d recommend contacting technical support by clicking the “?” at the bottom right corner on your HoneyBook desktop app - and asking them to make that swap on their end. I hope this helps!
