Report by Package

There should definitely be a feature where we can get a report by items/ packages or whatever we are using as a grouping for our services.

We own a venue and have lots of different items/packages and there is no way to get any report information nor consistency.  Plus, every time we update a description for a client it becomes available to use as a new item and therefore our team sometimes pick the wrong one.  Would be easier if we could set out service/item/package etc. and use it across the system for consistency.  I would still want to be able to add notes or extra descriptions but not change the title of the item used.  Can’t see what our most popular items or most profitable items are because there are no reports for this.

I want to chime in this is literally killing me right now. also no bulk imports or uploads or management has me up at night crying.

I hope you're doing well. Knowing which services or packages are selling the most or least is so important, and I'd love to hear more about how you're using this information.

In the meantime, I'd really encourage you to share your thoughts in a similar feature request. Your input would be incredibly valuable!
