Reports incorrect

I have two businesses that I run through honeybook. The second one when I run reports, it says that I havent collected any payments. I literally just logged a $700 payment and it still says zero?? Anyone else having this issue? I am trying to run reports to get a loan and its saying that I have made zero since the begining of the year.

@Aaron Melvin I am going to create a support ticket on your behalf to take a deeper look at what’s going on. There are a few different ways to pull this data so one of our specialists will be able to take a look at your account and go from there!

    REPORTS DISCREPENCIES:

     

    When I view the  Project bookings - the total number of bookings listed does not match the CONVERSIONS tab broken out by lead source. 

    I would like to know the number of conversions/project bookings for each lead source. 

    And then I would like to know the TOTAL VALUE  for each of those conversion for a particular lead source. 

    The information provided is averages and % figures… I am not sure I understand how I might project my marketing dollars to these averages or % figures currently listed.
