Reports Not Downloading and Only Opening New Tabs With Text -- Need Access to Processing Fees

Hi there!

I am unable to download any of my reports. I need to simply see the amount I’ve paid in processing fees for the year; and from what I have found, downloading reports is the only way to see this. When I go to download it will open a new tab and give me a giant wall of text. There is no option to right click or to open it in another program. I have used Safari and Chrome, both with incognito and not. It is not working. The only report that will download properly is the 1099-K. 

 

It would be nice to see this broken down under the payments page or really anywhere else so that a download isn’t even necessary.
