Request payment on mobile app from an existing invoice

I’d love to be able to click ‘request payment’ as a mobile hmua on the mobile app on an invoice. The send a pay link is nice but it creates confusion when their service is now listed twice in their project over two separate invoices. The payment is recorded twice and I have to go in and discount the amount from the original invoice. I thought this was being talked about but I couldn’t find the conversation!

​@muah_cad - Totally get where you're coming from, this is a really common pain point, especially for mobile service providers who need to collect payment quickly and clearly on the go.

Right now, the “Send a Pay Link” option in the mobile app creates a new invoice rather than applying to the original one, which can definitely cause confusion with duplicated services and payment tracking. Unfortunately, there's no direct “Request Payment” button from an existing invoice in the mobile app yet, but you're not alone in wanting it!

I’d recommend submitting this in the Ideas section of the HoneyBook Community or upvoting it if it’s already there. 💛
