Update your HoneyBook app today for our latest upgrades and an improved experience. Please note a mandatory update will be required by September 3, 2024 to continue enjoying the mobile app.
Hey there HoneyBook Community members. You may have seen this message pop up when logging into your HoneyBook account and we want to make sure you are in the loop.
Why update?
If you are using an old version of the HoneyBook app (any version under 1.23.18), this can create a poor user experience with known bugs or crashes that have been fixed via app updates.
Additionally, we want you to take advantage of the latest feature we’ve introduced including:
- Custom fields for both client workspace and project details
- Notes in the mobile app
- The new home experience
- AI meeting assistance
- Client-select payment plan
- Unsend messages
Please update your HoneyBook app before September 3, 2024. If you don’t update before that date, you will be required to update to use the app. This means a pop up will show leading you to the App Store (iOS) or Play Store (Android). You will not be able to use the mobile app unless you upgrade the app to the newest version.
TLDR: You will be required to update your app starting September 3, 2024, so we recommend doing it in advance for uninterrupted mobile app magic. 📲
