I love the round robin scheduling concept, but it’s causing us problems. Ideally, we have a primary person for appointments and a back up in case she’s busy.
Unfortunately, there is no way to set this up (Calendly has the option). We just had an appointment get scheduled on the backup person’s calendar when the primary is available.
The only solution we can see is for the back up person to block off their calendar during the hours the primary person is working. But that then means other sessions cannot be booked with the backup person.
Any ideas on how to work this out?
