Every time I have a confirmation email go out to a client, it send them the time in CDT, but they schedule it in CST. So there is always confusion on the time as they may schedule a 4:00 meeting, but the email says 5:00. Is there a way to have the email send out CST?

Forgot to add this…

I had a client schedule a 4:00pm meeting for Sept 9. This is what they received.
