Scheduler Allowing Double Bookings

I have had my Gmail and Honeybook connected for years without issue. Suddenly in September, honeybook began allowing double booking. Either in HB or in gmail, my calendar is no longer marking it “busy”. I have checked all settings in HB and Gmail and cannot figure out why/ how to change this. Can someone help? It’s been an embarrassing and anxiety inducing mess. Thank you in advance.

I’m so sorry you’re dealing with that! We should definitely be able to figure out what the issue here is! Either we’re missing something or this is a bug! 

Have you reached out to your support team yet to have them take a look at your account on the backend?

Hey ​@Kelly Coetta Eskelsen! Sounds like this may be a glitch—and hopefully a quick fix. My first recommendation is to click on the chat support inside HoneyBook. It’s that question mark button on the bottom right corner of your screen. That way they can see what’s going on from inside your account.
