I have trying and testing multiple ways to make it easy for clients to schedule mini sessions. Is there a way to automate my Scheduler after someone books? For example, Scheduler is embeded on website page > client choose a time and submits > automation kicks out a full proposal to pay/sign contract. And then I could force an expiration on the proposal where they have to sign within 1 hour lets say, or else the spot is canceled.

Sure would be great to have that. Otherwise what is the point of the Scheduler if we can’t set up what happens afterward?

Any tips.. thanks.

Hi @Charity White, I love the way you’re creating urgency for your clients!

I see a couple of ways to do what you’re trying to build:
1. You can use a lead form to combine a public-facing scheduler with a proposal + invoice & pay page all in one go - this was they need to pay for at least the first installment to reserve their spot. No need for automations or expirations (lead forms for mini sessions)

2. Use a lead form with a public-facing scheduler that then is linked to an automation that sends them the proposal & invoice + reminders. At the moment, you won’t be able to automatically set up an expiration time for the scheduled session (here’s how you can connect lead forms with automations)

3. There is a way to trigger automation actions after a session has been scheduled (learn more here) - so you could also use that route when it comes to triggering the proposal & invoice. Again, there’s no expiration functionality for the session unfortunately - but please request it in the Feature requests section if it’s a crucial feature for you

Does this help you achieve your intended result? Let me know!
