Hello! I’m in need of help figuring out why scheduler blocks out days when I add availability on that certain day. I used the Fixed date rage, added my availability for the day, go to preview the day is blocked out. What am I doing wrong?

What’s on your calendar? See if there’s an all day event marked “busy”. Usually birthdays are the culprit. Mark yourself as “available” and all is well!

Thank you Diana! There were a couple of items that were marked busy. I changed those to “available” and I still can’t get the day to show my availability. These are the times available for mini sessions but its still not showing up on the preview side. Any other ideas as to why?

How long did you set the meeting for?

They are for photography mini sessions and are set up in 10 minute increments with a 10 minutes buffer in between.

If you go to the main scheduler screen, hover over that mini session meeting block. There’s a WRENCH icon. Click on that and click on the time. It will tell you what’s on your calendar that’s preventing the meetings from populating.

Thank you so much Diana! That helped me find the problem. Have a great day!

Help?  I am having the same problem, but when I go to the wrench to see what’s blocking it, my date is greyed out and I cannot even look at it to see what’s blocking.
