Scheduler reminders tell my clients (and me) the wrong time! :(

Does anyone else have this problem?  When a client uses my scheduler to book a meeting, say for 10am on Friday, my phone notification pops up saying that they booked a call for 9am on Friday, and then HB sends my client and myself an email reminder the day before saying it’s ALSO at 9am.  Although the calendar and their portal says 10am.  I’ve had several clients low-key freak out and confused, and I’ve almost missed a couple of meetings myself because of it.

I’m in the CST time zone, and I do have that set on my scheduler.

It just kind of stinks to have this automation but to still have to follow up with them for every meeting to make sure we are on the same page time-wise.

Hey Kaitlin!

Thanks for reaching out! It’s currently Daylight Time not Standard Time! Make sure your scheduler is set to CDT/CST so that the scheduler automatically adjusts to the time changes.

You can learn more about the time zone settings here :)
