Scheduling Tool to Automate a "Stage" Change

If you have a scheduling tool link for a unique meeting-type for a specific stage in your process - it would be great to have it automatically move to a predetermined stage once the client books the meeting.

Example: I have clients sign a contract and schedule their “initial meeting” - then I have to go move the stage into “initial meeting set” - it would be great if whenever anyone books the “initial meeting” it just automated that stage change.

Then, I have them book their “final meeting” and once they have their final meeting scheduled, I’d love for the stage to move automatically into “final meeting set”

--------------------

Also, if the the system can tell you had the meeting (i.e. the AI Meeting Notes have generated), it would be great for a setting to automatically move stages once the meeting is known to have been completed… thus, trigger another automatic stage change…

I do see there being some risk of things moving stages pre-maturely and that creating confusion…. so, maybe just a “suggested action” notification where the ‘notifican bell” offers a “do you want to move stage to X (next stage in pipeline)” would be great.

Hey @TheLoveTapDJ

This is currently possible with automations! You can move the pipeline stage when a session is scheduled :)

@Monica R - I saw a youtube video on Conditional logic in automations. Is that released for all users? I still don’t see them in my login… :(
