Hi! My team is new to HoneyBook and we were just brainstorming ways to share secure information (client passwords etc). We don’t necessarily want our whole team to have access to that information. Aside from storing it in another program or document, is there a way to allow access to specific details in the project to different team members?

Hi Kelsey!  We used to use LastPass, but now we’re asking for passwords in Questionnaires sent directly through Honeybook, since it’s secure in their client portal. The other place you can store it is under DETAILS and Notes (those are private to you).

One way you could lock this to only specific people would be to add anyone who needs access to that in the main project, and for those you DON’T want to have access, you can create a “related workspace”:

  1. First, on the right hand side, click “More Options”:

  2. Then, Choose Related Workspaces:
  3. Choose “Team Members / Subcontractors” as the Workspace type, then add your team members there. Now you can choose what you share with them in that workspace!

Hope this helps!
