Hello HoneyBook Community,

I hope you're all doing well. I'm reaching out to gather insights from anyone who might have faced a similar situation and found a solution within HoneyBook's CRM system.

I'm currently managing events such as weddings, which involve not only a main event date but also additional related events, each with their own specific dates. An example would be an extra photo shoot associated with the wedding.

My question to the community is: Has anyone encountered a situation where you needed to track multiple fixed dates within a single project? If so, how do you manage these additional dates? Is there a way to automatically add and monitor these dates within the project, ensuring they are displayed and accounted for alongside the main event date?

I'm looking for any advice, workarounds, or solutions that might help streamline this aspect of project management, making it easier to avoid potential manual entry errors and better manage project timelines.

Thank you all in advance for your time and any insights you can share.

Best regards,

Valeria

Hey Valeria!

Are you needing automations based on those dates?

@Valeria Otchenash - If you had the client select their date and time off of a scheduler then they would receive the reminders but only before the event. The after email would need to be manual. Unless, the scheduler was a part of their automation in which case you could base next steps off their selection. I’m happy to hop on a 30-minute call to chat through this with you if you’d like. :)
