Select-All function on the Bulk email tool

​@Matthew Eriksen Hey! Unfortunately it does not address the issue I am talking about. The feature actually allows me to send 200 emails in one bulk. It does not allow me to select 200 emails at once, and it does not organize the amount of projects that will populate on one page so I can keep track of the ones I already included in a bulk batch.

Hey ​@Reese Roberts, to ensure I’m offering valuable feedback, can you please clarify if you’re referring to Bulk or Batch Emails (two different features with very similar names, I know).

• Bulk emails are sent to participants in selected projects, accessible by selecting contacts within specific Project Pipeline stages. Each email is sent individually within their respective projects. How to send bulk emails
• Batch emails allow you to send the same message to multiple contacts at once through the Client navigation menu. When you send a batch email, it delivers the email individually to each recipient, outside of their projects, similar to using Bcc, ensuring privacy and personalization. How to batch send emails

Totally hear you on needing updates to the batch email feature, as it’s hard to know who got what in which batch. 

It is a batch. This “select all” button will select 100 contacts from a page showing 300 contacts to select from. I can send 200 emails in one batch. This means I have to select 100 additional contacts manually. This also means I have to come back to my list and manually select the remaining 100 contacts to cover my entire list. This could be solved by limiting the contacts to 100 per page. This way I can hit select all on pages one and two (2 clicks instead of 101 clicks) to send the first batch, and select all on the third page to send the final batch. I imagine anyone with a larger contact list is just using another email service. Also why can’t we add pictures to the batch emails if we can add pictures here?
