Sending a calendar appointment to a contact

I had a contact send me his availability for a call on a specific date & time. I would like to create the Zoom meeting in HB and email him the appointment so he can accept it on his calendar, vs sending him a link and asking him to book it himself. How do I do this?

    You can schedule a meeting yourself in 2 ways:

    1. From the calendar tool, by clicking a specific day.
    2. From the ā€œscheduleā€ button in a project.

    If you want to create a meetingĀ without connecting it to a project, you will need toĀ integrate your personal calendar. Then, you can go to your personal calendarĀ event and share it with whoever you want.

    If you want an invite to be sent from HoneyBook, schedule the meeting from a project or connect the calendar meeting to a project. The invite will be sent to the first client on the project.
