Our business is new to HoneyBook and we are starting with transferring our onboarding/intake process to the platform. This includes a brief questionnaire and signing our CSA. Previously we were using a linked form and document signing platform to complete these, this platform would send a copy to clients as a PDF via email after signing and we are looking to have HoneyBook do something similar. Most of our client’s are 40+ so we know they won’t love having to “sign in” to a portal to access the information/their copy… does anyone have guidance or a workaround for this? Even better if it could be some sort of automation!
