sending prices to potential clients

Hello everyone!  Is there a way for me to send my price list to someone who is not a client yet?  And can I do this via email?  I have inquires and don’t know how to do this.

template is GREAT! If that’s the case, you can either:

 

USE A CONTACT FORM

if connected to your website, when a lead fills out your contact form, it will integrate into your HB and you’ll be able to send them your template via HB from there. 

 

OR

 

USE A LEAD FORM

Convert your templated pricing list to a LEAD FORM and you can embed or send the link to any of your leads from there. 

 

OR 

 

MANUALLY ADD THEM AS A LEAD

If you manually add the lead who is interested in your services, you can send them your template from there.

      I just started HB maybe 2 weeks ago.  I honestly thought it needed to be a template so that is how I did it.  😳 What is the best way to do this?

        There used to a “Brochure” feature that I was planning to use for this very topic, but Brochures seem to have disappeared. Does anyone know if this feature was replaced with another solution?

          Hey there! HB Pro Matthew here. Smart Files (Templates) can be whatever you need them to be. So if you previously created Brochures, you would use Smart Files to be a Brochure of services, pricing, company info. You could also use a Lead Form should you want this Brochure to be more public facing. Is that helpful??
