Service will not populate on mobile app

Why do my services not populate on the mobile app? I’m trying to make invoices while away from my desk and none of my services are populating on my phone when searched for.

I’ve checked with the team and they said it was a bug that they’re fixed in the latest version of the mobile app. Do you mind checking if you have the latest version and updating it if not? Please let me know if this functionality works after you do that!

Sorry for the late response. All of my apps are up to date and it will not populate on my mobile app for the iPhone. I don’t use it often on my iPhone, but it does cause a pinch if I can’t on the go.

No worries - sorry I took a couple of days to get back to you as well! The team actually told me that they’ve updated the app once again and this bug should no longer be there. Could you try updating it once again, please?
