Session reminders have stop being sent

My SMS and email session reminders have been working great up until about a week ago. I noticed that I scheduled a meeting and it didn’t send the client (or myself) the usual 24 hour and one hour reminders like it always has in the past. I thought maybe it was just a one off or I did something wrong. However, I have noticed that none of my current meetings are having the reminders sent any longer and after having checked my setting and seeing that they are on and have not changed I am puzzled as to why they are not being sent? Can anyone speak to also having this issue? Is there some type up update or something I need to do? Kindly advise. Thanks!
