Setting up a bundle of projects?

Question

I sell a bundle of 6 workshops, and recently decided to offer 2 of those workshops as stand alone items as well. Since this is mainly 1:1 work, each step can be scheduled personally instead of being on a pre set schedule.

It feels like the easiest setup is to make each workshop it’s own project. For the bundle, that means I am looking for a way to let them pay once, and the email to schedule each following workshop is triggered the evening of the current one being completed.

If the method I’ve scetched out is not the way you would do it, I’m very interested in your suggestions!

Hi@Julie-ann Pina, this sounds similar to how I have my consulting sessions set up. You will likely want them all in one project so the automation will fire properly.And yes, in this case, the automation would be something like- __ minutes after session is completed- send email (use invite template with link to book next workshop)And rinse and repeat as many times a a necessary.I'm not sure how that connects to the 2 standalone workshops ... would the same clients be potentially purchasing the 6-workshop bundle AND the 2 other workshops at the same time? I would envision it to be most effective to have separate automations for each of these scenarios.
