Hi,

I am a freelance web designer and started using HoneyBook. TBH...I’m a bit overwhelmed with all the features and have no clue where to begin and I have sooo many questions.

I offer 3 options for clients at three different starting prices. These are just examples: Option 1-One page website ($1200 paid over 24 months/ $50 per month), Option 2-up to 5 page website($3500 paid over 24 months/ $146 per month), Option 3 - up to 10 page website($6500 paid over 24 months/ $270 per month). Is there a way to set up monthly recurring fees over a 24 month period?

TIA

Hi @Kevin welcome to HoneyBook! If you haven’t yet, we’d definitely recommend joining a HoneyBook basics or set up webinar to help. We also have a landing page of resources here in the community to help guide you as you get started.

We have some amazing members in here who regularly chime in to answer questions, so feel free to ask as many as you need to here. Pros like Diana will make sure you have a friendly face to get started.

@Diana - The Finer Points thanks for jumping in on the recurring invoice bit—you’re the best. 😎

When you setup the invoice, click on the right side margin of the invoice. A settings box will appear on the right. Click on “payment details” and then click “recurring invoice”. Below it, you can set the “end date” before sending.
