Does anyone regularly share Projects with other vendors? For example, we are wedding photographers and we shared our HB project with the florist and planner. However, when they created and submitted invoices, it added them to our bookings. I was told this is because we are the ones who created the project. Does anyone regularly share, and if so, how do you separate things like this?
