Why do my files not show as the name they have been called? I have made and named several smart files to identify what they are but once the client has viewed or filled them out and I see them in my files area for my clients they dont show the actual name.
+9Under Company Settings and then PREFERENCES - scroll to the bottom and go to “default name format”.
Make sure “Project Name + Template Name” is chosen.
