Can we please PLEASE get the new SMS features enabled for legacy accounts? I’m confused as to why this is not available for long-time honeybook users. I have been told by support several times that older legacy accounts like mine are not able to use the new SMS features & that there is no info on when this will be available for us. I was so excited to use this feature & am very disappointed that I cannot have access to it, especially having been a loyal Honeybook user for years now.

You should have access to SMS on legacy accounts - please note that SMS doesn’t work with legacy files. However, you can use them for smart file access codes, payment and session reminders. Learn more here!
