While it’s definitely tempting to swap templates, contracts are legal documents—so it’s super important to make sure whatever you use is tailored to your business and reviewed by a legal professional. Sharing templates might seem helpful, but it could leave you unprotected if the terms don’t fully apply to your services.

That said, HoneyBook offers several ready-to-use templates in their Template Shop, which can be a great starting point. You can customize one of those with your own contract language or use a contract from a trusted source like The Contract Shop (referral link). Once you have a solid contract, you can paste it into a HoneyBook Smart File and you’ll be good to go!
