Hi! I’m trying to leverage Zapier to use native Squarespace forms → Zapier → Project Creation in honeybook. The testing in Zapier works, but when I go through an actual real test I get an email from Zapier stating Unexpected Server Error.
Any thoughts?
We have not launched the site yet, but API keys are all connected with each other so there should not be a communication issue.

What kind of error are you getting? Do you mind screenshotting it? I need more context to try to understand what might be going on - however, since it’s an error on Zapier’s end, their technical support will be your best bet as they can probably look into your account.
Why don’t you want to use a HoneyBook contact form or lead form though? That will eliminate all of those steps and potential errors.
