Super Admin doens't have access to create a new session type

I assigned a team member as a Super Admin, but for some reason they are not able to create new session types and assign them to me. 

Am I missing something?

Hi Stacey! I’m Justin, and I work on the help center here. Super admins should be able to create a new session, so can you reach out to our support team? You might have run into a bug, so they can get you helped out if you click on the question mark ( “?” ) at the bottom of any HoneyBook page.
