Is there no more support chat? I have an ongoing issue with a client payment and never heard back from support… Please help!!!!

While I haven’t sent any messages today, I had no issues with support responding a few days ago when I reached out.  They appear to have an AI feature added a while back, so it always seems like AI first searches it’s database to see if it can answer your question itself, and then gives you a choice to speak to someone or if that answered your question.  If you haven’t already, you might want to check if it was stalled someplace in the process.  I’ve always had responses within an hour of sending a message, but usually much sooner.

Hi @SomMELier we’re so sorry you were having issues contacting support when you were already trying to handle a stressful situation. I went ahead and checked before replying and it looks like your ticket regarding the client payment was marked as resolved. I do want to make sure though, are you still unable to see the ability to chat in from your account?

I still have no ability to chat with support. the support bar below webinars has disappeared, I cant scroll up to see it either.
