It looks like you’re on our legacy pricing and not the updated plans. I’ve checked with the team on what would happen if you downgraded and here’s what they told me:

• When you downgrade, you will lose access to your 2 companies, but their information won’t be deleted. I assume you can work with support to move one of them to a new account - or you can regain access to the second company information if you decide to move back to a plan that allows for multiple companies. Again, I’d suggest checking with support on that
• When you downgrade, you will continue having access to the company that you have defined as 'Main company' in your account
• With our pricing plan updates in March 2023, multiple companies are only available on the Premium plan. So if you ever want to go back to the multiple company functionality, it will be at a higher pricing plan that you’re currently on at this time
