Syncing VA's Calendar

Hi all! I’m a VA and use Honeybook through several of my clients.

I’m struggling with getting my calendar to sync in a way that makes sense. All of my business is run through Google, so I use Google Calendar. While I have integrated my Google calendar, I cannot allow HB to import all of my Google events - as they relate to all of my different clients and it would not really be appropriate for my clients to have all of this info about appointments with/for my other clients.

How do I integrate my calendar in a way that allows me to use the HB scheduler & check for conflicts in my Google calendar without allowing my client (and HB “team” mate) to see the details of my Google events. It should be noted that my clients and I do need to see eachother’s HB event details.

Thank you!

you’re importing your calendar in your client accounts? Is that correct? On their owner account or as a team member?

@Diana - The Finer Points I’m importing my calendar into “my” HB account which is set up as as a team member of my client. So I have three different HB accounts - one for each of my clients that uses HB.

one workaround would be to have different google accounts so you can control how the other calendars can be marked as BUSY instead of details… and then link each of the coordinated calendars to the correct client…
