The top part is showing my company info when I preview it but when I open the link it’s not showing it. Does anyone know what is going on?

Interesting, have you saved/published the changes? What happens when you click “Preview” in the builder?
If the problem persists, I’d recommend contacting technical support by clicking the “?” at the bottom right corner on your HoneyBook desktop app!
