I have created my template for point of sale for customers to book. When you click the link that takes you to the booking process, we are having these issues: It is displaying as a template, it says that this is a view only, and it wont let the customer click the time after they click the date they want. Please help!

+9What’s the link you’re using? And are they getting the link after they’ve inquired through a lead form or contact form? Or is it a lead form?
Very New to Honeybook!! it is the link to the template that i have created, they are directed straight to our services from a book now link on our website
+9Ah okay. To clarify, the link to the template is for you to SHARE the template with another HB user so they can use your goodness.
I would convert your template to a LEAD FORM and it will produce a public link for you to use (note that it’s CC payment only and PIF only for now).
If you want payment plan options, they will need to contact you via your HB contact form (embed that on you website if you have not already) and send them your template via email in HB.
as far as the lead forms do i need to do the inquiry form or the instant booking form?
+9Lead form is its own “contact form”. So you can use JUST that if you want
