I have a basic question. When a lead from The Knot or WeddingWire has two emails, which one does everyone usually respond to? Their email that goes to their Knot/WW profile? Or their personal secondary email?
For the longest time I always thought the secondary would be best, but now I am wondering if I would have more success following up to their profile-connected email?
